Our Curved Glass Railing Process:
Post Bracket Placement – We begin by performing 2D shop drawings with railing post locations and installing the mounting brackets on-site.
Laser Scanning – Using 3D laser technology, we capture exact conditions of the staircase and bracket locations.
3D Modeling in Revit – Our team creates a full 3D model of the railing system, including posts, handrails, cap rails, clamps, and curved glass panels.
Custom Fabrication – Each component is fabricated in-house based on the digital model: posts, handrails, cap rails, and glass.
Review & Install – The system is reviewed for accuracy, especially at complex corners and transitions, then installed by our expert team.
